Abstract
Elde edilen veriler SPSS.20 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir The concept of logistics means a system aiming to deliver the most accurateproduct, at the right place, at the right time and without any damage. In global markets, logistics activities are one of the reasons for enterprises to gain competitive advantageto each other. While logistics is perceived as a forward-looking activity, reverselogistics is an opposite activity. In logistics, there is more to one unit than one unit, while in reverse logistics there is already one to go. Reverse logistics can be defined asreuse, recycling, and value-added recovery. All these processes are possible throughreverse logistics activities such as Product Renewal, Remanufacture, Partial Usage ofProduct (Product Sanitization), Recycling, Incineration and Burial (Destruction), DirectReuse / Resale. So products that have completed their useful life or damaged during theproduction process can be evaluated by putting them into the reproduction process. Ifthis is not possible, products may be destroyed in such a way as to cause minimaldamage to the environment. In the theoretical part of the study, logistics and reverse logistics activities, processes and scope are mentioned. In the application part, the questionnaire wasapplied to the enterprises operating in Erzincan and Erzurum provinces. The obtaineddata were analysed using the SPSS.20 packet program.
