5-6 benzosiklo -1.2.5- heptatrienin sentezi ve yakalanması

Abstract

ÖZET. Bu çalışma'da 5,6-Benze-l,2-5-sikloheptatrien ve 4,5-benzo- 1,2,4-sikloheptatrien'in sentezi özerinde çalışıldı. 5,6- benze-l,2,5-sikloheptatrien için çıkış maddesi olan 1-Bro mo-4,5-benze-l,4- sikloheptatrien sentezlendi. Ancak bu bi leşik HBr eliminasyonu arzu edilen pozisyonda olmadığından 5,6-benzo-l,2-5-sikloheptatrien yerine 5H-benzosiklohepten bileşiği oluştu. 4,5-Benzo-l,2,4-sikloheptatrien'in sentezi için çıkış bile şiği olarak sentezlenen I-bromo-3,4-benzo-7-hidroksi-l,3- sikloheptadien bileşiğinden alkol grubu hidrokarbona indir genemedi. İndirgenme sonucunda eter yapısında olduğu tah min edilen bir ürün izole edildi.

ii SUMMAKY In this work, 5,6~Benzo-l,2,5-cycloheptatriene and 4,5- benzo-l,2,4-cycl®heptatriene synthesis was worked on. First, l-bromo-4-,5-benz©-l,4-cyeloh©ptadiene was; synthesi zed as the starting compound o£ 5,6-benzo-l,2,5-cyclohepta- triene. Since the EBr elimination of this compound was not at the desired position, 5H-benzocycloheptene was formed instead of it. ÎEhe alcohol group or l-bromo-3,4-henzo-?-hydroxy-l,3-cyclo- heptadiene which was prepared as the starting compound of 4,5-benzo-l,2,4-cycloheptatriene could not be reduced. At the end of the reduction precess a product which was thought to have an ether structure was isolated.
