SUMMARY How are the parents perception about temperament of risk and normal group infants is investigated in this research. 20 risk infants whose birthweight < 2500 gr. and gestational age < 37 weeks and 20 normal infants whose birthweight > 2500 gr. and gestational age > 38 week are taken as a research group. All infants were between 4-8 months old. Carey Infant Temperament Questionnaire is used for measuring infants temperament. Investigator found that normal group mothers evaluated their infants more diffucult than normal group fathers. Also, risk group mothers found their infants more, difficult than this group father.
