MHP ve MHP`de Devlet Bahçeli Dönemi

Abstract

ÖZET Türkiye'de Milliyetçi Hareket hem ideolojik hem de eylemsel düzeyde temsil eden en önemli parti Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi olmuştur. Bu parti'nin temel ideolojisi olan 9 Işık Doktrini'ni oluşturan ve hareketin eylemsel nitelik kazanmasında, radikal sağ parti geleneğindeki lider konumu ile yönlendirici, harekete geçirici olan Alpaslan Türkeş'tir. Ancak, Milliyetçi Hareketin ortaya çıkması ve gelişmesi sadece ve salt olarak lider faktörü ile açıklanamaz. Nitekim, MHP'nin güçlendiği yıllar olan 1970'li yılların toplumsal, ekonomik ve siyasal koşulları MHP'nin tabanını genişletici bir atmosfer sağlanmıştır. 1990'lı yılların benzer koşulları bu kez Türkeş'siz ancak milliyetçi ideolojinin gelişmesine elverişli bir iklimde MHP'nin tabanını kitleselleştirecek kadar genişletmesine ve iktidarın ikinci ortağı olmasına yol açmıştır. Bunlar ise, Milliyetçiliğin bir ideoloji olmaktan çok dönemsel koşulların yoğunluğunda güçlenen irrasyonel ve reaktif bir hareket olduğunu göstermektedir. Dolayısıyla, MHP'nin merkez parti olmaya doğru yol aldığı ve bu çabada Bahçeli'nin etkili olduğu yönündeki savların geçerliliği sınırlı kalmaktadır. 109

SUMMARY MHP(NMP-Nationalist Movement Party) has occured as the most important party both ideologically and politically. The one who formed the Nine lights Doctrine (Dokuz Işık) which is the basic ideology of that party; and who is director and motivator by the position of leadership in right party tradition is Alparslan Türkeş. However, the birth and growth of the Nationalist Movementü com not be explained only and absolutely by leader factor. Thus the social, economic and politic conditions of the 1970's when MHP strengthened provided an atmosphere for the movement to enlarge its base. The similar conditions of 1990's, but without Türkeş, caused aclimate to enlarge the movement's base so as it could have been the second party of the power. These show that the nationalist movement is not an ideology, but an irrationalist and reactionist movement which evolves by the conditions of the period. That's why credibilaty of the thesis that submit the movement hors a tendency to being a central party and Bahçeli is effective on this trend can be appraised as limited thesis. no
