Veri tabanı esaslı on-line personel bilişim sistemi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu proje Atatürk Üniversitesi personel işlemlerinin bilgisayar desteği ile yürütülmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Personel işlemleri dört ana başlık altında incelenmektedir; 1. Kadro işlemleri 2. Özlük İşlemleri 3. Terfi İşlemleri 4. Sigortalı personel işlemleri Çalışmamız ilk üç maddeyi kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışma, SQL/DS (Structured Query Language / Data System) ilişkisel veri- tabanı ve CSP/AD (Cross System Product / Application Development) uygulama geliştirme yazıhnu kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmanın başlangıcında genel olarak veri ve veritabanı kavramları incelenmiş, bunun yanında projeye konu olan CSP ve SQL yazılımları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.

11 SUMMARY This project has been prepared in order to carry out the personnel affairs of Atatürk University with the support of computers. The personnel affairs are studied under the four main titles as fallows; 1. The staff procedures 2. The personal procedures 3. The appointment procedures 4. The insured staff procedures Our study includes the first three titles. This study has been realized by means of SQL/DS (Structured Query Language / Data System) Database System and CSP/AD (Cross System Product / Application Development) application development software. At the begining of this study, data and database concepts has generally been exam ined. At the same time SQL and CSP, the topic of the project, have been introduced.
