Kürtaj ve abortus materyalinden koryon (chorion) villus biyopsisi ile direkt kromozom analizi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, bu konudaki mevcut olanaklar araştırılmış, mevcut bazı teknikler karşılaştırılmış, küçük modifikasyonlarla şartlarımıza en uygunu bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada değişik Kadın Doğum Kliniklerinden sağlanan 53 bireye ait Korion villi materyali değerlendirilmiştir. Bunlardan 49!u gebeliği sonlandırılmış, 4cü Spontan abortus yapmış bireylere aittir. 4 Spontan abortus materyalinden birinden 45, X0, birinde İse 46,XY/47,XY -f 21 raozaisizmi saptanmıştır. Sonlandırılmış 49 gebelik materyalinden birisinde 46,XY/ 47, XY, + 21 mozaisizmi saptanmıştır.
