Abstract
İO mCi ile ışınlanmış LDL düzeyini kontrole göre anlamsız bulduk (P>0.05). 45 SUMMARY The studies of low energy radioisatops and their applica tions in medicine are increased daily. It is exceedingly important in terms of risk factor on the workers. In this study we investigated the effects of low energy gamma rays (140 keV) on the blood proteins and some enzymes levels in vitro. The blood was taken from 10 voluntary and healthy persons aged from 20 to 25 years and were exposed to there different doses of gamma rays (5 mCi, 10 mCi) for four hours. The levels of ALP (Alcalen Phosphatase), ALT (Alanin Transaminase), AST (Aspartat Transaminase), LDH (Lactat Dehidrogenase), TP (Total Protein), ALB (Albumin) and Albumin/Globulin ratio were determined for control and experimental groups. The control and experimental groups were compared statistically for all the parameters. The results of this study show that the AST levels were increased for all experimental groups (P<JBO). The level of LDH were increased only for 5 mCi and 15 mCi gropus (P<JQ50). The other parameters were found statistically nonsignificant (P`^JDBO). 46
