Lenfomalı hastalarda Ga-67 sitratın normal, tümöral ve enfeksiyonlu dokudaki uptake farklılığının incelenmesi

Abstract

?azı Lenf oma lı hastalara intravenöz yolla verilen 6a- 67 sitratın 48. ve 72.saatlerdeki tümörlü ve normal dokudaki uptake farklılığı incelendi. Tümörlü dokudaki uptake değerleri normal dokuya göre farklı ve yüksek bul undu. Bu farklılık ve yükseklik 72. saatte daha da belirgin şekilde arttığı gözlendi. Normal dokudaki uptake değerleri ise normal sınır larda bulundu. 48. ve 72. saati erdeki lokalizasyon farkı görülmedi. Bu çalışmada tümörlü doku ile 6a- 67 sitrat arasında bir ilişki olduğu saptandı. 50

SUMMARY In tumorous and normal tissue at 48. and 72. hours, the uptake differentiation of gallium-87 citrate given in lymphomatic patients by way of intravenous was investigated in this study. Uptake values in tumorous tissue were found heigh and different in respect with normal tissue. This differentiation and - high values were observed to increase evidently at 72. hour. As to uptake values in normal tissue, they were found normally. The localisation difference wasn't noted at 48. and 72. hours. In this study, it was determined that a relation existed between tumorous and normal tissue. 51
