Ortaöğretimde kimya öğretiminin değerlendirilmesi (Ağrı örneği)

Abstract

ÖZET Y.Lisans Tezi ORTA ÖĞRETİMDE KİMYA ÖĞRETİMİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ (AĞRI ÖRNEĞİ) Yaşar HAS ANOĞLU Atatürk Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Yrd.Doç.Dr. İlhami CEYHUN Kimya öğretmenleri, kimya eğitiminin yanında kimya öğretimini de öğrencilere vermelidirler. Bu nedenle bu araştırmanın amacı, kimya öğretiminin yapı ve sorunlarını tespit için öğretmen ve öğrencilerden alınan görüşlerin değerlendirilmesine dayanmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama tekniği olarak anket tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, Ağrı'daki liselerde çalışan 20 kimya öğretmeni ile kimya dersi alan 227 öğrenciden toplanmıştır. Veriler istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizler sonucunda kimya öğretiminin amaçlan, sorunları, yöntem, araç- gereç ve soru tiplerine ilişkin öğretmen ve öğrencilerin verdikleri cevaplarda p< 0,01 ve p< 0,05 düzeyinde anlamlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Laboratuar araç ve gereçlerinin yetersiz olduğu ve her konu ile ilgili deney yapılmadığı anlaşılmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin öğretimde hiçbir yöntemi belirgin bir şekilde kullanmadıkları anlaşılmıştır, öğrencilerin kimyaya olan ilgilerinin düşük olduğu ve çoğunun üniversiteye girişte fen puanını artırmak için öğrendikleri ortaya çıkmaktadır. 2003, 72 sayfa Anahtar kelimeler: Kimya eğitimi, öğretme, öğrenme, metodoloji, lise kimyası.

Thesis AN EVALUATION OF CHEMISTRY TEACHING IN SECONDARY SCHOOL (EXAMPLE OF A?RI) Yaşar HAS ANO?LU Atatürk University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Chemical Education Supervisor: Asst.Prof.Dr. İlhami CEYHUN The chemistry teachers should complete their tasks not only in education but also in teaching. Due to this reality the main purpose of this study is to establish the Fundamentals and problems of chemistry teaching. In order you carry out this, the data obtained from the survey, applied both teachers and their pupils, and has been used. The obtaining of the data was performed by use of scanning and questioner techniques, the data was based an the results of the survey and questionnaires applied totally 20 chemistry teachers and 227 pupils who are learning chemistry in high schools in Ağrı. Analyses of the data were performed by statically techniques. At the end of this analyses the answers of the teachers and students about the aims of the Chemistry educational its problems methods materials and questioa Kind are sign cant at the levels p<0,05 and p< 0,01 It was understood that the laboratory equipments was not sufficient and experiment were not conducted in all subjects and the teachers didn't use any methods clearly and comprehensible in their educational activities.
