Temalı park ve bahçelerin planlama-tasarım ilkeleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; dünyanın çeşitli yerlerinde bulunan temalı park ve bahçelerin tanıtımı yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen bilgiler sentezlenerek tema türleri belirlenmiş, sınıflandırılmış, ve anlatım derecelerine göre ayrılmıştır. Bu temalı park ve bahçelerin turizm açısından ülke ekonomisindeki yeri ve önemine değinilmiş, dünyada ve ülkemizde tema niteliği taşıyan mekanlara örnek verilmiştir. Temalı park ve bahçelerin işletilmesine, hangi tür faaliyetlerle talebin arttırılabileceğine dair bilgi verilmiş, dünya ve Türkiye örnekleri incelenerek planlama ve tasarım ilkeleri oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Planlama ve tasarımın başarıya ulaşmasında toplumun eğitim düzeyinin, kültür yapışım, yaşam standartlarının oldukça önemli bir faktör olduğundan bahsedilmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın sonucunda, dünya ve ülke örnekleri sentezlenerek temalı park ve bahçelerin planlama-tasarım ilkelerinin ne olabileceği hakkında yoruma dayalı ilkeler ortaya konmuştur. 2002, 130 sayfa ANAHTAR KELİMELER: tema, tematik, tematik peyzaj, temalı bahçe, temalı peyzaj, Disneyland, Disney, peyzaj.

In this study, the thematic parks and gardens are introduced around the several places in the world. In this search theme types are determined,classified and seperated according to the description levels by synthesis of the informed knowledges. Importance and place of these thematic parks and gardens for tourism industry in country economy' are mentioned and places qualifed as thematic around Turkey and around the world is also mentioned here. Administration of thematic parks and gardens, and increasing demand to these places by some types of activities are informed.Planning and design principles of these parks and gardens has been tryed to form by studying on examples from Turkey and around the world. It is mentioned that society's education level, cultural structure, life standarts are important factors in success of planning and design.
