Abstract
Ayrıca taksonların tehlike kategoriler IUCN 2001 kriterlerine göre belirlenmiştir.ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Revizyon, Marrubium, Lamiaceae, Türkiye In this research, the morphological, micromorphological, cytological, palinolocigal characteristics and seed morphology, identification key, species description and geographical distributions of the genus Marrubium L. in Turkey were presented. In the palinological studies, pollens of taxa of the genus Marrubium L. were examined by light and scanning electron microscope. The pollen type of the genus is tricolpate. The pollen grains are spheroide and subprolate in shape and ornemantation is psilate reticulate. In the cytogenetic examination the chromosome numbers of the species were determined as 2n=20 and 2n=24 except for M. persicum, M. calariifolium, M. depauperatum, M. peregrinum, M. vulcanicum, M. vanense, M. amasiense, M. parviflorum, M. cuneatum, M: anisodon ve M. vulgare which couldn't be determined. At the end of the research, the members of genus Marrubium L., represented by 23 taxa, 19 species and 4 subspecies in the Flora of Turkey and Aegean Islands, were evaluated under 28 taxa, (21 species and 7 varieties). In this research, a new species {M. amasiense) and varieties (var. lanatum, var. kelenoglui, var. kaysericum and var. ekrekense) were added to the science. Categories of M. macrodon and some taxa (subsp. oligodon and subsp. micranlhum) are changed. Order of the taxa according to the Grossheim and Bentham's study were changed. It's found that some taxa are not endemic to Turkey and distributed out of Turkey. The threatened categories of Marrubium taxa were defined according to IUCN 2001.Key Words: Revision, Marrubium, Lamiaceae, Turkey
