Doğu karadeniz bölgesin?de yayılış gösteren Apodemus kaup, 1829 (Mammalıa: rodentıa) cinsinin morfolojik analizi

Abstract

ÖZETYÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİDOĞU KARADENİZ BÖLGESİNDE YAYILIŞ GÖSTEREN APODEMUS KAUP, 1829(MAMMALIA: RODENTIA) CİNSİNİN MORFOLOJİK ANALİZİZeycan CEYHANAnkara ÜniversitesiFen Bilimleri EnstitüsüBiyoloji Anabilim DalıDanışman: Prof. Dr. Ercüment ÇOLAKBu çalışmada Doğu Karadeniz bölgesinden örneklenen Apodemus cinsine ait 126 örneğinkafatası ve postları değerlendirildi. Diş, kafası ve post örneklerinin yapılan morfolojik analizlerisonucunda bu cinse ait dört tür; Apodemus uralensis, Apodemus flavicollis, Apodemus iconicus veApodemus mystacinus belirlendi. Bu türlerden A. flavicollis ve A. iconicus morfolojik açıdanbüyük benzerlik gösterirken, A. uralensis' inde bu iki türe olan yakınlığı yapılan morfolojik vebiyometrik analizler sonucunda ortaya çıkmıştır. Species are defined that belong to this genus by the result of skull, dentition andmorphological skin analysis.
