Edirne yöressi Vicia L. türleri üzerinde sitotaksonomik araştırmalar

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Edirne ili sınırları içinde doğal olarak yetişen Vicla L. Cinsine ait bazı türler morjolojik ve sitatoksonomik yönden incelenmiş ve yayılış alanları saptanmıştır.Araştırma materyali 1993-1994 yıllarında, arazi çalışmaları sonucunda, doğal ortamlarından toplanmış ve herbiye kurallarına uygun olarak kurutulup numaralandırılarak herbaryum örneği haline getirilmiştir.Araştırma bölgesinde çok sayıda Vicia türü toplanmasına rağmen çalışmalar Vicia hirsuta (L.) S.F.Gray, Vicia hybrida L., Vicia narbonensis L.. ve Vicia sativa L. Türleri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın morfolojik bölümünde Fabaceae familyası ve Vicia L. Cinsi tanıtılmıştır, türlerin ayırım anahtarı düzenlenmiş, her türün özellikleri incelenen örneklere göre belirtilmiş, türlerin özellerini yansıtan morfolojik şekilleri çizilmiş, yeryüzündeki,Türkiye'deki ve araştırma bölgesindeki yayılışları gösterilmiştir.Sitolojik bölümde ise türlerin metafaz kromozomları sayılmış, karyotip analizleri yapılmış ve metafaz kromozomlarının fotoğrafları çekilmiştir.Karyolojik çalışmalar için kök uçlarından hazırlanan ezme preparatlarda kromozom sayıları;II Vida hirsute (L.) S.F.Gray 2n=14 Vida hybrida L. 2n=12 Vida narbonensis L. 2n=l 4 Vida sativa L. 2n=12 olarak bulunmuştur.

Ill SUMMARY In this study, the species belong to the genus Vicia L. which grows naturally in Edime province were searched as morphologically and cytotaxonomically and found out their distribution areas. The investigation materials were collected from their natural habitats by means of field works between 1993-1994 years. Then, the plants in question were dried and numbered according to the herbarium processes and they were made herbarium specimens. The studies were carried out on the species named Vicia hirsuta (L.) S.F.Gray, Vicia hybrida L., Vicia narbonensis L. and Vicia sativa L. but we collected another Vicia species as well. hi the morphological part of the investigation, the family named Fabaceae and genus Vicia were introduced, the distinguishing keys were prepared, the characteristics of each species were given according to the researching specimens, the morphological figures of the species were driven and their distribution in Turkey and in the investigation area were pointed out. hi the cytological part of the study, the metaphase chromosomes were counted, the karyotype analyses were carried out and their pictures were taken.
