dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu araştırmada Trakya (Edirne) bölgesinden yakalanan Sylvaemus altcinsinin ikiz türleri Apodemus sylvaticus'un 1 canlı örneği ve Apodemus f lavicollis' in 4 canlı örneğinden ` colchine-hypotonic-citrate ` yöntemiyle kemik iliğinden hazırlanan karyotipler incelenmiştir. Yapılan bu analizler sonucunda A_i. sylvaticus ' ta 2n=48, NF=48, NFa=46, X kromozomu büyük akrosentrik ve Y kromozomu küçük akrosentrik; A_s_ f lavicollis ' te 2n=48, NF=48, NFa=46, X kromozomu büyük akrosentrik ve Y kromozomunun orta büyüklükte akrosentrik olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Karyotiplerin bu iki ikiz türü birbirinden ayırmadığı ve bu amaç için kromozom bantlama ve elektroforetik çalışmaların gerekli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler : Sylvaemus. dc.description.abstractII SUMMARY Live specimens of Apodemua sylvaticus (1) and Apodemus. f lavicollis (4), sibling species of subgenus Sylvaemus. collected from Thrace (Edirne) were studied for their karyotypes prepared from bone marrow by colchicine- hypotonic-citrate technique. It is found that hj. sylvaticus had 2n:48, NF:48, NFa:46 and also its X chromosome was large acrosentric and Y chromosome was small acrosentric. In A^ f lavicollis had 2n:48, NF:48, NFa:46 and X chromosome was lange acrosentric and Y chromosome was medium-large acrosentric. It is concluded that karyotypes were not separate these two sibling species and chromosome banding technics or electrophoretic studies were necessary for this purpose.
