Abstract
Ill ABSTRACT AND KEY WORDS Because of incredible developments in economy, politics and technology, organizations and institutions come to the point that they need to change not only for survival but also for reaching a power of competition and obtaining much more goals. To reach these goals and to compete, organizations try to find out new management models. One of the reason of the gap between the expectations and present situation is the lack of communication. Application of modern management styles, especially total quality management approach needs to focus on human centered management philosophy, organizations can only get competitive adventage by individuals who improve and create new technologies and apply them to their works. Communication is an important factor in these process. That is why organization must improve communication system and knowledge and communication skills of their members. increasing amount of cooperation, co-work and alliance in today's organizations require team work to be done with perfect communication and dialog. That's why applications in total quality management and changes in it's philosophy are highly depend on quality of communication. Using of creative problem solving techniques, goals and aims related to future functions need efficient communucation and cooperation Communication has an important role in the success of management and its role increases in time. But, it is difficult to explain that role with numerical data because communication is a synergetic function concerning the whole organization.
