dc.description.abstract	Bu tezde, ilk olarak bölgesel ayrıştırılabilir Riemannian manifoldu üzerinde bölgesel ayrıştırılabilir Altın-Hessian yapısı oluşturulmuştur. dc.description.abstract	The aim of the thesis is two-fold. Firstly, to construct a locally decomposable GoldenHessian structure on locally decomposable Riemannian manifolds.
