Erzurum balık marketlerinde satılan tatlısu balıklarının gastrointestinal helmintleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 16.11.2012-31.01.2015 tarihleri arasında Erzurum ili balık marketlerinde taze olarak temin edilen 3 adet Cyprinus carpio (sazan), 160 adet Capoeta capoeta (siraz), 18 adet Capoeta trutta (Karabalık), 11 adet Alburnus sp (Gümüş-inci), 5 adet Chalcalburnus chalcoides (tatlısu kolyoz balığı), 4 adet Chondrostoma nasus (kababurun balığı) olmak üzere toplam 201 adet balık örneğinin endoparazitleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda 21 adet Rhabdochona denudata (Nematoda), 405 adet Neoechinorhynchus zabensis ve 4 adet Pomphorhynchus spindletrancatus (Acanthocephala), 16 adet Allocreadium isoporum (Digenea) olmak üzere. Toplam 446 adet parazit tespit edilmiştir. Bulunan türlerin enfeksiyon yüzdeleri, ortalama bolluk ve yoğunluk değerleri hesaplanmış, balık boy uzunluğuyla ilişkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, 201 balığın 32 (%15,92) tanesinin parazitlerle enfekte olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In this study, the endoparasites of 3 Cyprinus carpio, 160 Capoeta capoeta, 18 Capoeta trutta, 11 Alburnus sp in, 5 Chalcalburnus chalcoides, 4 Chondrostoma nasus, total 216 fresh fishes which were bought from fish-markets in Erzurum and investigated between 16.11.2012 and 01.31.2015. In the end of study; 21 Rhabdochona denudata (Nematoda), 405 Neoechinorhynchus zabensis and 4 Pomphorhynchus spindletrancatus (Acanthocephala), 16 Allocreadium isoporum (Digenea), a total of 124 species were recorded. The infection rate, the mean abundance and density values were calculated and their relations with fish length groups were evaluated. As a result, it was determined that 32 of 201 fishes (15.92%) were infected with the parasites.
