Küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin finansal sorunları ve Trabzon ilinde bir uygulama

02. Özet KüçûkjygjOrta ölçekli îşletmeler^(KOBİ), ekonomik yapılan ne kadar farklı olursa olsun hem gelişmiş hem de gelişmekte olan ülkelerde önem taşımaktadır. Bu önem özellikle Türkiye gibi zaman zaman ekonomik krizlerle karşı karşıya gelen ülkeler için daha da artmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği'ne aday bir ülke olarak yaklaşılan bugünkü süreçte, Türkiye'deki KOBİ'lerin, sanayileşmiş ülkelerle rekabet edebilmesi için desteklenmeli ve sorunları hızla çözülmelidir. Ülke ekonomileri için çok büyük bir üretim ve istihdam kapasitesine sahip olmasına rağmen KOBÎ'ler teknik ve finansal destekten yoksun kalmaktadırlar. Bu sebeple KOBİ'lerin öncelikli sorunları ivedilikle tespit edilmelidir. Bu çalışmada amaç, teorik olarak hep anlatılan fakat uygulamada bugüne kadar sürekli mağdur edilen KOBİ'lerin sorunlarım tespit etmek ve bu sorunlara çözüm önerileri getirebilmektir. Çalışma, genel olarak ortak konularda bütün KOBİ'leri kapsamasına karşın özellikle imalat sektöründe faaliyetini sürdüren sanayi işletmeleri, önemleri doğrultusunda ağırlıklı olarak ele alınmıştır. Bunun dışında işletmeler incelenirken sektöre! bir ayrıcalık gözetilmemiştir. İki bölümden oluşan bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, KOBİ'lerin tanımı, özellikleri ve sorunları incelenmiş olup finansmanla ilgili bölümler ayrıntılı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, finansman sorunlarının daha gerçekçi belirlenebilmesi için Trabzon İl'inde faaliyet gösteren KOBİ'lerin finansman sorunlarına yönelik bir anket uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışma, uygulanan anketten elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesinden oluşan sonuç ve öneriler bölümü ile son bulmuştur. VIII

03. Summary Small and medium enterprises have become very important in both developed and developing countries whatever their economic condition is. Their importance especially increases for countries like Turkey facing economic crises ofteniy. As a candidate member to European Union Small and Medium Enterprises in Turkey have to be supported and their problems must be solved quickly to improve their competitive power against industrialized countries. Small and medium enterprises' problems having priority must be determined urgently, The aim in this study is to determine the problems of small and medium enterprises which have been explained in theoretical view but have been mistreated in practice. Although this study generally includes all small and medium enterprises in common way, especially, industrial enterprises having activity on production sector were undertaken weighed in accordance with their importance. In addition to this, there is not privileged sector while exarnining enterprises. This study is composed of two sections. In the first section, small and medium enterprises' definition, characteristics, and problems were examined. The sections related to financing were evaluated in detail. In the second section, a survey which is oriented to small and medium enterprises' financial problems was executed to determine financial problems more realistically. Financing problems of small and medium enterprises of Trabzon City were examined. A questionnaire was practised to research the general features and financial problems of Trabzon City. This study is completed with the conclusion and suggestion sections acquired by evaluating survey results. DC
