Abstract
Araştırmanın temel amacı; tipik gelişen ve otizm spektrum bozukluğu olan çocukların yeme davranışlarının üzerinde ebeveynlerinin yemek zamanı çocuklarına olan tutumlarının etkisini incelenmesidir. Ayrıca araştırma kapsamında Çocuklarda Yeme Davranışlarını Tarama Ölçeğinin (ÇOYED) geçerlilik güvenilirlik çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın belirlenen asıl amacını değerlendirmek için farklı örneklem grubu olarak Ankara'nın sekiz merkez ilçesinden 3-5 yaş aralığında, 90 tipik gelişen ve 90 otizm spektrum bozukluğu olan toplamda 180 çocuk ve ebeveyni çalışmaya katılmıştır. Ebeveynlerden çocuklarının yeme davranışları ve çocuklarına yemek zamanı olan tutumlarını belirlemek amacıyla Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Çocuklarda Yeme Davranışlarını Tarama Ölçeği (ÇYDA), Çocuklarda Yeme Davranışı Anketi (ÇOYED), Ebeveyn Yemek Zamanı Eylem Ölçeği (EYZD) kullanılmıştır. Ebeveynlerden alınan bilgilerin, uygun test yöntemleri kullanılarak analizleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar; tipik gelişen ve otizm spektrum bozukluğu olan çocukların bazı yeme davranışlarında farklılıklar olduğu ve çocukların yeme davranışları üzerinde ebeveynlerinin yemek zamanı çocuklarına olan tutumlarının etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Yeme problemleri, yeme davranışları, yeme tutumları Aim of this study is analysing of the relation between the eating habit of the children who has autism spectrum disorder and children with typical development and the eating habit of these children parents also their behavior to their children while meal time. Besides scope of the research validity and reliability of the Brief Assessment of Mealtime Behavior in Children (ÇOYED) studies has performed. As different sample group 180 children with 3-5 ages and their parents from eight central district of Ankara participated for evaluating dedicated aim of the study. Personel Information Form, Children's Eating Behavior Questionnaire (ÇYDA), Brief Assessment of Mealtime Behavior in Children (ÇOYED), Parental Meal Time Action Scale (EYZD) used for indicate the children's eating habit, attitudes of parents to their children during mealtime. Analyses has completed with the information that gathered from parents by compliant test methods. Regarding to the results; children who has autism spectrum disorder, devastating behaviors and eating reject are more direct proportion of decreasing of the children's age at eating times. Children eating habits do not change due to gender. Chidren who has autism spectrum disorder with siblings; provide child to enjoy the meal. Insisting on eating by parents and giving awards to children for eating behaviours are related with children's eating problems. Eating all together as family, children's unprocessed food, any sensitiveness for odor/texture/color for foods, not using TV, mobile phones, tablets and toys at eating time are increase children's attention to meal; contrary attitudes cause negative behiavours to food for children.
