Yerleştirme sanatı ve mekân: İç mimari tasarım örnekleri üzerinden değerlendirme

Abstract

Yerleştirme Sanatı Ve Mekân: İç Mimari Tasarım Örnekleri ÜzerindenDeğerlendirme başlıklı bu araştırmada, güncel sanat çalışmalarının mekânla ilişkisiincelenecektir. Yakın geçmişte özellikle 1960'lardan sonra sanat alanında oluşangelişmeler; sanat nesnesi ve onun sergileneceği mekânlar konusundaki farklılıklarıgündeme getirerek `yerleştirme çalışmaları` olgusunu ortaya çıkmıştır. Böylece müze vegaleri dışındaki, amacı sanat nesnesi sergileme olmayan mekânlar seçilmeye başlanmışve bu mekânlar sanatla bütünleşir hale gelmiştir.Son yıllarda, sanatın sadece galeri ve müze içinde değer kazanan bir olguolmaktan çıkması, sanat yapıtını farklı bir boyuta taşımıştır. Bu tez çalışması bubağlamlar çerçevesinde irdelenecek ve mekânın sanat aracı olarak kullanılma biçimlerianaliz edilecektir. Farklı özellikleri olan yerleştirme sanatı örnekleri seçilmiş vekurgulandıkları mekânlar bağlamında incelenmiştir.Tez giriş ve onu takip eden üç bölümün ardından sonuç bölümü de dâhil olmaküzere toplam beş bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde, tez konusuna kısa bir giriş yapılmış konunun amacı, kapsamıve yöntemi belirtilmiştir.İkinci bölümde, `mekân kavramı` başlığı altında mekânın tanımı, tarihselgelişimi ve mekân- nesne birlikteliği incelenmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde, sanatta mekân ve yapıt ilişkisi kavramından yola çıkılarakYerleştirme Sanatının ortaya çıkışı incelenmiş bununla beraber mekânlara özel çalışılan(doğada, kamusal alanlarda, galerilerde) Yerleştirme Sanatı, örnekler üzerindenaçıklanarak izleyiciyle ilişkisine değinilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde, kişi ve kurumlara ait iç mekânlara özel olarak çalışılansanatsal işlerin, mekânın kurgusu ve birlikteliği üzerinden örneklerle açıklanarakYerleştirme Sanatıyla olan bağı incelenmiştir.Beşinci bölümde ise, yapılan araştırma ve incelemelerin analizleri yapılaraksonuçları çıkartılmıştır.

In this study titled ` installatıon and space: an assessment through examples oninterior design`, the relationship between contemporary art and space will be examined.Recent developments, especially in the field of art, after the 1960s; the art of `installation`has emerged by introducing discrepancies on the art objects and the places they wouldbe exhibited. Thus, places other than museums and galleries were chosen and thesespaces became whole with art even though they had no prior correlation to it.In recent years, the fact that art has ceased to be valued only in galleries andmuseums has taken the artwork to a different dimension. This thesis will be examinedwithin the content of these contexts and the use of space as an art form will be discussed.The installation and its exhibition space were evaluated through selected exhibitions. Thethesis consists of five chapters, including the introduction, conclusion and the followingthree chapters.In the first chapter, a brief introduction to the thesis topic has been made andthe purpose, scope and method of the topic have been stated.In the second chapter, the definition of space, its historical development and thespace-object co-occurrence is examined under the title of space concept.In the third chapter, the emergence of the art of `Installation` is examinedbased on the concept of the relationship between space and artwork. In addition,Installation works that are custom-made for specific areas such as nature, public spacesor galleries and the relationship with their audience are examined.In the fourth chapter, examples of artworks designed for the spaces that belongto specific users/corporations and the art of `Installation` is examined over theconcept of space and co-occurrence.In the fifth chapter, the results of the research and investigations are analyzed.
