Yersomunu Cyclamen coum. Miller bitkisinden izole edilen doğal bileşiklerin yapılarının aydınlatılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yersomunu Cyclamen count Miller bitkisinden 7 adet doğal bileşik çeşitli kromatografik yöntemleri uygulayarak ilk defa izole edilmiştir. 4 tanesi literatürde başka bitkilerden izole edildiği ve 3 tanesi de ilk defa izole edilen toplam 7 adet doğal bileşik spektroskopik olarak İH-nmr, APT, 2D-COSY, HETCOR gibi nmr teknikleri ve EI-MS, GC-MS ve (+) FAB-MS gibi kütle spektroskopisi yöntemleriyle moleküllerin yapılan ispatlanmıştır. Structure Elucidation of Isolated Natural Products From Wild Boar Radish Cyclamen count Miller In this study 7 novel natural products were isolated first time from Cyclamen coum Miller using various chromatographic techniques. Four of these compounds were isolated from different plants and mentioned in the literature. Three of these were isolated first time as novel natural products. Structures of seven natural products were elucidated by spectroscopic methods using İH-nmr, APT, 2D-COSY, HETCOR and mass spectrometer, EI-MS, GC-MS and (+) FAB-MS.
