Abstract
ÖZET Bu çalışmada, 3-m-klorobenzil-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği sentezlenmiş ve bu bileşiğin benzaldehid, 4-fluorobenzaldehid, furfural, tiyofen-2-karboksialdehid ve 2,5-dimetoksitetrahidrofuran ile reaksiyonları incelenmiştir. Buna ilaveten, bu bileşiğin N-metil türevi sentezlenmiştir. Ayrıca, 3-m- klorobenzil-4-(p-fluorobenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiğinin asetik anhidrid ile reaksiyonu da incelenmiştir. Çalışmada sentezi yapılan 10 yeni bileşiğin yapı aydınlatmaları için mikroanaliz, İR, 'H NMR ve UV spektroskopisi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. IV SUMMARY In this study, 3-m-chlorobenzyl-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-one was synthesized and the reactions of this compound with benzaldehyde, 4- fluorobenzaldehyde, furfural, thiophene-2-carboxyaldehyde and 2,5-dimethoxy- tetrahydrofuran were investigated. Moreover, the N-methyl derivative of this compound was obtained. In addition the reaction of 3-m-chlorobenzyl-4-(p- fluorobenzylidenamino-4,5-dihydro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-one with acetic anhydride was also investigated. In order to identify 10 new compounds synthesized in the study, combustion analyses and spectroscopic methods including IR, *H NMR and UV were used.
