Abstract
ÖZET Bu çalışmada, kimyasal bileşenleri açısından Inula thapsoides subsp. thapsoides bitkisinden 62 adet doğal bileşiğin yapısı GC-MS yöntemiyle aydınlatıldı. Bu bileşikler sırasıyla; a-Pinene (1), 2-Pentil furan (2), or-Terpinene (3), ^-Cymene (4), y- Terpinene (5), a-Terpinolene (6), Linalool (7), Nonanal (8), Camphor (9), Safranal (10), Dekanal (11), l-Metil-4-nitro benzen (12), /?-Siklositral(13), 1,2,3-Trimetil inden (14), 3-Metoksi- p-cymene (15), 5,9,9-Trimetilspiro[3,5]-non-5-en-.l-on (16), Dihidro Edulan (17), Theaspirane (18), 2-Metil-6-okso-2,4-heptadienal (19), l,2-Dihidro-l,l,6-trimetil naftalen (20), ^-Damascenone (21), 2-Asetilmetil-3-carene (22), Cyperene (23), Dihidro- a-ionon (24), frvms-Caryophyllene (25), Thujopsene (26), or-Humulene (27), Alloaromadendrene (28), yö-Selinene (29), a-Selinene (30), Pentadekan (31), Geranyl izobutirat (32), &-Cadinene (33), a-Calacorene (34), Valencene (35), yS-Chamigrene (36), Nerolidol (37), 3-Hekzen-l-ol-benzoat (38), Caryophyllene oksit (39), 1,5,5,8-Tetrametil- 12-oksabisiklo[9.1.0]dodeka-3,7-dien (40), p,p,3,4-Tetrametilbenzen propanoik asit (41), 10,10-Dimetil-2,6-dimetilen bisiklo[7.2.0]undekan-5-p-ol (42), a-Cadinol (43), Tetradekanol (44), 2-Pentadekanon (45), Benzil benzoat (46), 6,10,14-Trimetil-2- pentadekanon (47), İzobutil ftalat (48), Nonadekan (49), Farnesyl aseton (50), Hekzadekanoik asit metil ester (51), Dibutil ftalat (52), 1-Heptadesen (53), rraHS-Phytol (54), Dokosan (55), Trikosan (56), 9-Oktadesenamid (57), Tetrakosan (58), Pentakosan (59), Hekzakosan (60), Heptakosan (61), Nonakosan (62) olarak aydmlatıldı. Ayrıca bitkinin uçucu yağ ekstresinin 9 ayrı mikroorganizmaya karşı antimikrobiyal aktivitesi test edildi. Bitkinin uçucu yağının 3 mikroorganizmaya karşı aktivitesi olduğu gözlemlendi. IV SUMMARY Essential Oil Analysis of Inula thapsoides subsp. thapsoides Plant by GC-MS and Antimicrobial Activity In this study, 62 naturally occuring compounds were identified from essential oil of Inula thapsoides subsp. thapsoides using GC-MS techniques. These compounds are; a-Pinene (1), 2-Penthyl furan (2), a-Terpinene (3), yff-Cymene (4), y~ Terpinene (5), a-Terpinolene (6), Linalool (7), Nonanal (8), Camphor (9), Safranal (10), Decanal (11), l-Methyl-4-nitro benzene (12), y0-Syclocitral (13), 1,2,3-Trimethyl indene (14), 3-Methoxy-p-cymene (15), 5,9,9-Trimethylspiro[3,5]-non-5-en-l-one (16), Dihydro Edulan (17), Theaspirane (18), 2-Methyl-6-oxo-2,4-heptadienal (19), 1, 2-Dihydro- 1,1,6- trimethyl naphthalene (20), yff-Damascenone (21), 2- Acetyllmethyl-3 -çarene (22), Cyperene (23), Dihydro- a-ionone (24), /rans-Caryophyllene (25), Thujopsene (26), a-Humulene (27), Alloaromadendrene (28), ^-Selinene (29), a-Selinene (30), Pentadecane (31), Geranyl isobutyrate (32), 5-Cadinene (33), a-Calacorene (34), Valencene (35), /^Chamigrene (36), Nerolidol (37), 3-Hexen-l-ol-benzoate (38), Caryophyllene oxide (39), l,5,5,8-Tetramethyl-12-oxabicyclo[9.1.0]dodeka-3,7-dien (40), P,(3,3,4-Tetramethylbenzene propanoic acid (41), 10,10-Dimethyl-2,6-dimethylene bicyclo[7.2.0]undecan-5-P-ol (42), a-Cadinol (43), Tetradecanol (44), 2-Pentadecanone (45), Benzyl benzoate (46), 6,10,14-Trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (47), İzobuthyl phthalate (48), Nonadecane (49), Farnesyl acetone (50), Hexadecanoic acid methyl ester (51), Dibutyl phthalate (52), 1-Heptadecene (53), trans-Phytol (54), Docosane (55), Tricosane (56), 9-Oktadecenamid (57), Tetracosane (58), Pentacosane (59), Hexacosane (60), Heptacosane (61), Nonacosane (62). The antimicrobial activity of the essential oil was tested. For this purpose 9 different microorganism were used. Essential oil extract has an antimicrobial activity on 3 of 9 microorganism.
