Abstract
OPSIYON FİYATLANDIRMA Zuhal Sahan Hacettepe Üniversitesi, İstatistik Anabilim Dalı ÖZ Bu çalışmada, opsiyon sözleşmeleri genel olarak tanıtılmış, Türkiye borsalarında işlem gören bazı hisse senetlerinin gerçek verileri kullanılarak, modelleme yapılmıştır. Birinci Bölüm'de, konuya giriş yapılmıştır. İkinci Bölüm'de, opsiyon sözleşmelerine ilişkin genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü Bölüm'de, opsiyon piyasalarının gelişimi, Türkiye ve Dünya Piyasaları olarak incelenmiştir. Dördüncü Bölüm'de, opsiyonun değerini etkileyen faktörler incelenmiş ve opsiyonun vade günündeki değerini tahmin etmek için kullanılan Black-Scholes Modeli ile Cox-Ross-Rubinsteirı Binomial Modelleri tanıtılmıştır. Beşinci Bölüm'de, Türkiye'de işlem gören bazı hisse senetlerini fiyatlandırmak için en uygun model tespit edilerek, opsiyon fiyatlandırılmıştır. The observed data of all the stocks in Turkish stock exchange market is used to model and obtain prices. First chapter is the introduction of the subject. In the second chapter, general information about option contracts are presented. Third chapter covers the analysis of the option markets development in the world and in Turkey. In the fourth chapter, factors than affects option value are analysed. In addition, Black-Scholes and Cox-Ross-Rubinstein models which are used to forecast the option values at the expiration date are explained. in the fifth chapter, the pricing of the option has been made by using the most appropriate model for the pricing of stocksin Turkish stock exchange market.
