Bilgisayar/mikrodenetleyici tabanlı genel amaçlı evirgeç kontrolu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada elektrik makineleri ve güç elektroniği laboratuvarına kurulan izole kapılı bipolar tranzistörlü (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor - IGBT) deney düzeneklerinin genel amaçlı evirgeç olarak denetlenmesini sağlamak üzere bilgisayar/mikrodenetleyici tabanlı bir kontrol sisteminin donanım ve yazılımının geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir.Geliştirilen sistem Güç Elektroniği Laboratuvarlarında tek/üç fazlı evirgeç devrelerinde değişik kontrol metodlarının uygulanmasına olanak sağlayacaktır. Böylece, hem lisans düzeyindeki deneylere önemli katkılarda bulunulacak, hem de yüksek lisans düzeyinde değişik uygulamalara altyapı oluşturulacaktır.ANAHTAR SÖZCÜKLER: IGBT, Evirgeç, Mikrodenetleyici, Güç Elektroniği, Laboratuvar

This study aims to develop hardware and software of a computer/microcontroller based system which controls the insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) based experimental set-ups in the electric machinery and power electronics laboratory as a general purpose inverter.The developed system will make possible the application of different control techniques to single/three phase inverter circuits, in the Power Electronics Laboratory. Thus, the developed system will both contribute to the undergraduate experiments, and will constitute an infrastructure for different applications in the graduate level.KEYWORDS: IGBT, Inverter, Microcontroller, Power Electronics, Laboratory
