Dr.Nezihe TUNAİL P.rjof,Dc..Velittin.GÜRGÜN Bu çalışmada, Konya ve çevresinde üretilen 140 küflü peynir örneği, küf florası v,e mikotoksinler (Bı, B2, Gı, G2 ve penisilik asit) yönünden araştırılmıştır. Küflü peynir örneklerinde Penicillium cinsine ait dominant türler sırası ile Penicillium roaueforti (% 42.91), ŞK_ verrucosum var. cyclopium (% 22.30), P_^ camemberti (% 5.08), P_^ chrysogenum ve P^ brevicompactumherbiri (% 4.73), P^_ f requentans (% 4.05), g^. echinulatum (% 3.38) olarak bulunmuştur. Aspergillus cinsine ait dominant türler ise sırasıyla A^. f lavus (% 8.45), A. versicolor (% 4.39) olarak belirlenmiştir. Dr. Yusuf DURAK Prqf..pc..rie^j.ljQ JPHAtU Rr.of.Dr...Velittin.GÜRGÜN In this study, mycoflora and mycotoxins (Bı, B2, Gı, G2 and penicillic acid) of t 140 moldy cheese samples were investigated which have been produced in and around of Konya. The dominant species of genus Penicillium which have been found in moldy cheese samples and their prevalences are; P^_ roqueforti (42.91 %), P. verrucosusvar. cyclopium (22.30 %), P^ cameroberti (5.08 %), P. chrysogenum and P^. brevicompactum each one (4.73 %), P. f requentans (4.05 %), P^ echinulatum (3.38 %). The dominant species of genus Aspergillus which have been determined and their prevalences are; A. flavus (8.45 %), Au_ versicolor (4.39 %).
