SED (Sosyal ve ekonomik destek) hizmetinden yararlanan çocukların özelliklerinin incelenmesi ve hizmet sürecinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye'de SED hizmetlerinden yararlanan çocukların ve ailelerinin özelliklerini inceleyerek, bu hizmet sürecini değerlendirmek ve bu süreçte yapılan mesleki müdahalelerin önemini ortaya çıkarmaktır.Araştırmanın yöntemi olarak hem niceliksel hem niteliksel yöntemi içinde barındıran karma yöntem tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın amaçları doğrultusunda, Altındağ Sosyal Hizmet Merkezinden sosyal ve ekonomik destek kapsamında desteklenen 200 çocuğun dosyası taranmış ve amaçlı örnekleme tekniği kullanılarak seçilen özelliklere uygun özne grubundaki toplam 16 anne ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Vaka yükünün fazla olması tek tek dosya takibi yapılması ve mesleki müdahaleler yapılmasını engellemektedir. Meslek elemanı sayısının arttırılması ve kişi başına düşen dosya sayısının azaltılması yoluyla hizmet sürecinde yapılan mesleki müdahalelerin arttırılması sağlanmalıdır. The aim of this research is to examine the characteristics of children and their families who benefit from HIA services in Turkey, to evaluate the service process and to reveal the importance of professional work carried out in this process.As a method of research, a mixed method that includes both quantitative and qualitative methods has been preferred. In line with the objectives of the research, a sample of 200 children supported by social and economic support from the Altındag Social Service Center were scanned and interviews were conducted with a total of 16 mothers in the appropriate subject group using the purposeful sampling technique.The fact that the case load is too high prevents individual file tracking and professional work.Increasing the number of professional staff and reducing the number of files per capita should increase the professional work done in the service process.Key Words: Altındag, social and economic support services, child, professional intervention
