Abstract
Bu çalışmada sırasıyla N- nükleofiller ve çeşitli karbonillerle yeni bisiklik oksalil bileşiği olan 4-benzoil-5 fenil-2,3-furandionun nükleofilik ve siklokatılma reaksiyonları araştırıldı.Sonuç olarak sırasıyla 4-Benzoil-1-(2-florfenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilikasit (AE-1), 4-Benzoil-1-(4-florfenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilikasit (AE-2), 4-Benzoil-1-(2-florfenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karbonil klorür (AE-3), 4-Benzoil-1-(2-florfenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksiamid (AE-4), 4-Benzoil-1-(2-florfenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik metil esteri (AE-5), 4-Benzoil-1-(2-florfenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik propil esteri (AE-6), 2-(2-Florfenil)-6-(2-nitrofenil)-3,4-difenil-2H-pirazol[3,4-d]piridazin-7(6H)-on (AE-7), 2-(2-Florfenil)-6-(3-nitrofenil)-3,4-difenil-2H-pirazol[3,4-d]piridazin-7(6H)-on (AE-8), Benzaldehit-2-florfenil hidrazonu (AE-9) heterosiklik bileşiklerinin izolesi gerçekleştirildi.Bu bileşiklerin yapıları IR, 13C-NMR, 19F-NMR ve 1H-NMR spektrumları ile aydınlatıldı. In this study, 4-benzoyl?5 Phenyl?2,3-furandion?s which is a new bicyclic compound of N-nucleophiles and various carbonyl oksalil, nucleophilic and cyclo-addition reactions were investigated.As a result, respectively, isolation of heterocyclic compounds of 4-Benzoyl-1-(2-florphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylicacid (AE-1), 4-Benzoyl-1-(4-florphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylicacid (AE-2), 4-Benzoyl-1-(2-florphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl chloride (AE-3), 4-Benzoyl-1-(2-florphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide (AE-4), Methyl 4-Benzoyl-1-(2-florphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (AE-5), Propyl 4-Benzoyl-1-(2-Florphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (AE-6), 2-(2-Florphenyl)-6-(2-nitrophenyl)-3,4-diphenyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-7(6H)-one (AE-7), 2-(2-Florphenyl)-6-(3-nitrophenyl)-3,4-diphenyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-7(6H)-one (AE-8), Benzaldehyde-2-florphenyl hydrazone (AE-9) were taken placed.The structure of these compounds were revealed by IR, 13C-NMR, 19F-NMR ve 1H-NMR spectrums.
