Sanayi işletmelerinde üretim planlaması ve Sezersan Matbaacılık ve Ambalaj San. Tic. A.Ş.`de örnek uygulama

Abstract

Bu projenin amacı, sanayi işletmelerindeki üretim ve üretim planlama konularını teorik olarak ele almanın yanı sıra, sanayi işletmelerinde üretim planlamasının önemini örnek bir uygulama ile ortaya koymaktır.Çalışmanın teorik kısmında üretim ve üretim planlamanın tanımları yapılmış ve sanayi işletmelerinde üretim planlamasının öneminden, çeşitlerinden ve yöntemlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Uygulamada ise; firmanın faaliyet alanı incelenmiş, firma hakkında kısa bir bilgi verilmiş, mevcut üretim planlama sisteminden bahsedilmiş ve eksiklikleri belirlendikten sonra yeni bir sistem çalışması yapılarak, etkileri gözlemlenmiştir.

The aim of this project is not only to handle the subjects of producing and planning of producing in industrial companies but also to bring up the importance of planning the producing in industrial companies by applying it to an example.In the theoretical part of this study, the definition of producing and the planning of producing has been given and the importance, the types and methods of and the planning of producing in industrial companies has been mentioned. In application, the activity field of company has been examined, brief information has been given, the available system of planning of production has been mentioned and after the defects of the system were defined, a new system work whose effects have been observed was studied.
