Abstract

Devlet destekli piyasa güçleri, neo-liberal politikalar ile kendine yeni sermaye alanları açmak istemiştir. Bunun içinde kalkınma adı altında doğal kaynaklara odaklanmışlardır. Bu kalkınma projelerinden biri de barajlardır. Bölgesel kalkınmayı amaçlayan bu barajlar sosyal değişimin dinamiğini oluşturmuştur. State-funded market forces with neo-liberal policies have so far sought new areas of capitals for themselves. For this reasons, they have focused on naturel recourses under the name of so called development. One of these reconstruction projects is dams. These dams with aim of regional reconstruction account for the Dynamics of social change.
