Abstract
Postmodernizmin esas kıldığı küreselleşme olgusu ile birlikte global dünyanın dengeleri değişmiş; bireysel, özerk, rekabetçi ve aktif bir profesyonel iş yaşamını zorunlu kılmıştır. Bireyler daha benmerkezci, empatiden uzak, sonuç odaklı bir tutum sergileyerek, bu tarz bir anlayışı profesyonellik olarak algılamaya ve algılatmaya başlamışlardır. Ancak sonuca giden süreç içerisinde, hiç şüphesiz daha spesifik ve komplike oluşumlar mevcuttur. Üretim sürecinde, kişilerarası iletişim olgusu yeteri kadar dikkate alınıp değer görmediğinde, iş yerinde psikolojik taciz (mobbing) varlığından bahsetmek olası hale gelmektedir.İnsanın oluşturduğu her birim iletişimi zorunlu kılar. Kişilerarası iletişimin sağlıklı yürütülmesi, bireyin yalnızca iş yaşamında değil bütün yaşamında elzemdir. Postmodernizm ile birlikte değişen gündelik ve genel yaşam, kişilerarası iletişimin önemini daha fazla vurgular hale gelmiştir. Bireylerin birbirleri ile kurduğu iletişim ne kadar sağlıklı, doğru ve etkin ise, o oranda kurum kültürü pozitif yönde etkilenir. Ancak bundan sonra verim, üretim, çalışan refahı vb. olgulardan bahsetmek yerinde olabilir. Dolayısıyla, kişilerarası iletişim, iş yerinde psikolojik tacizin önünde set olabilecek ciddi önem arz eden bir olgudur. Ek olarak, postmodernizm ile gittikçe hızlanan ve değişen dünyanın bir sonucu olarak beşeri dinamikler de büyük oranda başkalaşıma uğrayarak mobbingin yaratıcısı haline gelmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, postmodernizm olgusu üzerinde durulmuş ve postmodernizmin mobbing ile ilişkisi açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde, kişilerarası iletişim kavramı incelenmiş ve mobbingle olan bağlantısı üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde, psikolojik taciz (mobbing) olgusu ayrıntılı bir çerçeve içinde sunulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde ise, yapılan araştırma ve analizi sunularak değerlendirme yapılmış, çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: postmodernizm, kişilerarası iletişim, psikolojik taciz (mobbing). Postmodernism with changing and general everyday life, they became more emphasis on the importance of interpersonal communication. How healthy individuals established communication with each other, correct and is active in a positive way the culture of the institution are affected. But after that, yield, production, employee welfare, etc. it might be to talk about facts. Therefore, interpersonal communication, psychological harassment in the workplace is a phenomenon that may be set in the front of that is vital. In addition, with increasingly rapid and ever changing world of postmodernism largely as a result of the dynamics the creator has become human metamorphosis and mobbing.In the first part of the study, focuses on the phenomenon of postmodernism and postmodernism's relationship with the mobbing is described. In the second section, which focuses on the concept of mobbing is examined and its connection with interpersonal communication. In the third chapter, psychological harassment (mobbing) is presented within a detailed framework of the phenomenon. In the fourth chapter, the research and analysis has been presented and reviewed, and suggestions for solutions are presented.Key Words: postmodernism, interpersonal communication, psychological harassment (mobbing).
