Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Fakültesi Herbaryum`undaki (Ank) Crataegus L. (rosaceae) cinsinin revizyonu ve veritabanının hazırlanması

Abstract

Genellikle alıç olarak adlandırılan Crataegus L. cinsi Rosaceae familyasına aittir. ANK Herbaryumu ülkemizin en büyük ve en köklü herbaryumlarından biridir. Bu çalışmanın amacı ANK Herbaryumu'nda bulunan Crataegus örneklerinin revizyonudur. ANK Herbaryumu'nda bulunan Rosaceae familyası üyesi Crataegus cinsine ait 237 örnek incelenmiş ve 11 tür, 2 alt tür, 7 varyete olmak üzere 20 takson tespit edilmiştir. Bu örneklerden 4 tanesi ise endemiktir. ANK Herbaryumu'nda bulunan taksonların IUCN kategorileri, fitocoğrafik bölgeleri, grid sistemindeki dağılışları tablolar hâlinde verilmiştir.

Crataegus L. genus commonly called as hawthorn and belong to Rosaceae family. ANK Herbarium is one of the largest herbaria in our country. The aim of this study was to revision of the Crataegus L. genus samples belonging to the Rosaceae family at ANK Herbarium. The 237 plant specimens belonging to the genus Crataegus L. stored in the ANK herbarium were examined and 11 species and 2 subspecies, 7 varietes and totally 20 taxa were determined. Four of samples were endemic for Turkey. The IUCN categories, phytogeographic regions and the distributions on the grid system of Crataegus L. genus were presented and taxa of Crataegus genus were also revised.
