Soğuk Savaş sonrası Türk dış politikasının ekonomi politiği: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti-Rusya Federasyonu ilişkileri örneği

Abstract

Devletlerin dış politika yapımında, tarihsel arka plan çerçevesinde ikili politik, ekonomik, kültürel, askeri ilişkiler ve bölgesel/küresel güvenlik ittifakları önemli etkenler olarak görülmektedir. Türk dış politikası da cumhuriyetin kurulmasından bu yana hükümet, TBMM, Dışişleri Bakanlığının ilgili uzmanları ve kamuoyunun da etkisiyle yapılagelmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, uluslararası ekonomi politiğin buna olan etkisini tarihsel süreç içinde incelemek ve bu etkiyi Türkiye Cumhuriyeti-Rusya Federasyonu ilişkileri örneğinde analiz etmektir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmanın başlangıcında uluslararası ekonomik sistem ve iki ülkenin mevcut ekonomik durumu incelenmiş, devamında Türkiye-Rusya ilişkilerinin tarihsel süreç içindeki gelişimi ortaya konmuştur. Son bölümde ise, araştırmanın öznesini oluşturan iki ülke arasındaki ekonomi politik ilişkiler ayrıntılarıyla analiz edilerek tezin hipotezi test edilmiş ve bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Uluslararası Ekonomi Politik, Uluslararası İlişkiler, Türk Dış Politikası, Uluslararası Ekonomik Sistem, Dış Ticaret

Bilateral political, economic, cultural, military relations and regional/global security alliances are the important factors in the foreign policy making of states. Turkish Foreign Policy has been made with the influence of the government, the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, the relevant experts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the public since the establishment of the republic. The purpose of this study is to research the effects of the international economy politics and the impact in the case of the Republic of Turkey-Russia Federation relations. In this context, the international economic system and the economic situation of the two countries have been examined in the beginning of the study, then the historical process of Turkey-Russia relations has been submitted. In the conclusion, the economic political relations between the two countries constituting the basic subject of the research have been analyzed in details and the evaluation has been made by testing the hypothesis of the thesis.Keywords: International Political Economy, International Relations, Turkish Foreign Policy, International Economic System, Foreign Trade
