Abstract
Ortalama değerler kontrol grubunda TAG=108.4±55.00 (mg/dL), TK= 170.0+33.72 (mg/dL), LDL-K=105.0±30.00 (mg/dL), HDLt-K= 42.2±7.15 (mg/dL), HDL2-K=14.2±7.97 (mg/dL), HDL3-K=27.9±5.98 (mg/dL), Apo A1 =145.3119.32 (mg/dL), Apo B=97.7±25.30 (mg/dL), HDL-K/LDL-K= 0.4±0.17, Apo A1/Apo B= 1.57+0.52, HDL2-K/HDLT-K=0.3±0.11, HDL^K/HDLs-K^.510.30, eMDA= 106.9±38.6 (nmol/gHb), pMDA=3.2±0.43 (nmol/mL) alkol gurubunda ise TAG=176.7±97.24 (mg/dL), TK=196.9±40.70 (mg/dL), LDL-K=124.3±34.10 (mg/dL), HDLT-K=37.4±6.84 (mg/dL), HDL2-K= 9.1±4.30 (mg/dL), HDL3- K=28.4+6.37 (mg/dL), Apo A1=141.9±19.84 (mg/dL), Apo B=122.8±40.62 (mg/dL), HDL-K/LDL-K=0.3±0.12, Apo A1/Apo B=1.3±0.50, HDL2-K/HDLt- K=0.2±0.10, HDL2-K/HDL3-K=0.4±0.22, eMDA=102.1±51.24 (nmol/gHb), pMDA= 6.6±1. 10 (nmol/mL) bulunmuştur. Fifty people, whose ages range bitween 23 and 55(average 35.02), who never drink alcohol have been selected as a control group. İn both groups, the amount of plasma TAG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, HDL3-C, HDL2-C, Apo A1 and Apo B was calculated, the eMDA and pMDA levels were studied and also the ratios of HDL2-K /HDL3-K, HDL2-K /HDLT-K, Apo A1 / Apo B and HDL-K/LDL-K were checked. The study of TAG and TK has been done by enzymatic colorimetric meth ods. HDL-C and its subtractions, HDL2-C and HDL3-C, were also measured by enzymatic colorimetric methods employing the Warnick's double precipitation procedure. LDL-C was estimated by the Friedewald formula(85). Apo A1 and Apo B levels were examined by the nephelometric method based on the imminochem- istry. The levels of plasma and erythrocyte MDA were determined by using colorimetric methods. The mean levels in control group TAG=108.4±55.00 (mg/dL), TK= 170.0±33.72 (mg/dL), LDL-K=105.0±30.00 (mg/dL), HDLj-K= 42.2+7.15 (mg/dL), HDL2-K=14.2±7.97 (mg/dL), HDL3-K=27.9±5.98 (mg/dL), Apo A1=145.3±19.32 (mg/dL), Apo B=97.7±25.30 (mg/dL), HDL-K/LDL-K= 0.4±0.17, Apo A1/Apo B= 1.57±0.52, HDL2-K/HDLT-K=0.3±0.11, HDL2-K/HDL3-K=0.5±0.30, eMDA= 106.9±38.6 (nmol/gHb), pMDA=3.2±0.43 (nmol/mL) and the mean levels in alcohol grup TAG=176.7±97.24 (mg/dL), TK=196.9±40.70 (mg/dL), LDL-K=124.3±34.10 (mg/dL), HDLt-K=37.4±6.84 (mg/dL), HDL2-K= 9.1±4.30 (mg/dL), HDL3- K=28.4±6.37 (mg/dL), Apo A1=141.9±19.84 (mg/dL), Apo B=122.8±40.62 (mg/dL), HDL-K/LDL-K=0.3+0.12, Apo A1/Apo B=1.3±0.50, HDL2-K/HDLt- K=0.2±0.10, HDL2-K/HDL3-K=0.4±0.22, eMDA= 102.1 ±5 1.24 (nmol/gHb), pMDA= 6.6±1.10 (nmol/mL). 50The levels of TC, TAG, Apo B, LDL-C and pMDA in alcoholic grup were found to be higher than that in control grup, but the levels of HDL-r-C and HDL2-C in alcoholic group were found to be lower than that in control group. No significant difference was detected on the levels of HDL2-C, Apo A1 and eMDA in plasma. Hence the ratios of HDL2-C/HDL3-C, HDI_2-C/HDLt-C, Apo A1/Apo B and HDL- C/LDL-C in the alcohol group were lower. When the effects of lipid parameters and lipid peroxidation of alcohol, were inspected examined; it has been concluded that the consumption of alcohol might have increased the risk of CHD. We believe that the detailed investigation on this subject have to be done in order to make sure about these conclusions. Key Words:CHD, alcohol, apo A1, apoB, Lipoproteins, MDA 51
