Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı adeziv sistemler ve uygulama yöntemleri kullanılarak yapılan fissür örtücülerde sızdırmazlık direncinin in vitro koşullarda incelenmesidir. Periodontal ya da ortodontik nedenlerle çekilmiş çürüksüz 216 adet insan 3. azı dişi, 9 deney grubuna randomize edilmiştir (n=24): 1. Minede ön asitleme + Clinpro Sealant; 2. Self-Etch modda Single Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant; 3. Minede ön asitleme + Single Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant; 4. Self Etch modda All Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant; 5. Minede ön asitleme+ All Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant; 6. Self etch modda Clearfil Universal Bond + Clinpro Sealant; 7. Minede ön asitleme+ Clearfil Universal Bond + Clinpro Sealant; 8. Self etch modda Beauti Sealant Primer + Beauti Sealant; 9. Minede ön asitleme+ Beauti Sealant Primer + Beauti Sealant. Restorasyonu tamamlanan dişler 37°C'deki distile suda 7 gün süre ile bekletildikten sonra 5-55°C aralığında 1000 devir termosiklus uygulaması yapılmıştır. Ardından örnekler %0,5'lik bazik fuksin solüsyonunda bekletilmiş, kesitler alınarak fotoğraflanmıştır. Mikrosızıntı düzeyleri ImageJ analiz yazılımı ile değerlendirilip, bulgular istatistiksel olarak tek yönlü varyans analizi, bağımsız gruplarda t-testi ve tukey testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Tüm ön asitleme gruplarında anlamlı düzeyde düşük mikrosızıntı gözlenmiştir (p<0.05). Mikrosızıntı değerleri yönünden aşağıdaki sıralama elde edilmiştir (p=0.05): Ön asitleme+ Single Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant= Ön asitleme+ All Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant= Single Bond Universal- Self-Etch + Clinpro Sealant< Ön asitleme+ Clearfil Universal Bond= All Bond Universal- Self Etch + Clinpro Sealant= Clearfil Universal Bond- Self Etch + Clinpro Sealant< Ön asitleme+ Beauti Sealant Primer + Beauti Sealant= Ön asitleme + Clinpro Sealant= Beauti Sealant Primer- Self Etch + Beauti Sealant. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different types of adhesive systems and application modes on the microleakage of fissure sealant restorations in vitro. Non-carious 216 human third molar teeth, extracted for periodontal and orthodontic reasons, were randomly assigned into 9 groups (n=24/each): 1. Phosphoric acid etching + Clinpro Sealant; 2. Single Bond Universal in Self-Etch mode+ Clinpro Sealant; 3. Phosphoric acid etching + Single Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant; 4. All Bond Universal in Self-Etch mode + Clinpro Sealant; 5. Phosphoric acid etching + All Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant; 6. Clearfil Universal Bond in Self-Etch mode + Clinpro Sealant; 7. Phosphoric acid etching + Clearfil Universal Bond + Clinpro Sealant; 8. Beauti Sealant Primer- Self Etch + Beauti Sealant; 9. Phosphoric acid etching + Beauti Sealant Primer + Beauti Sealant. The specimens were stored in deionized water at 37°C for seven days and then subjected to thermocycling. Following immersion in 0.5% basic fuchsin solution, the teeth were sectioned and digitally photographed. Microleakage was evaluated quantitatively using an open-source image analysis toolkit (ImageJ), and the data were analyzed statistically using one-way anova, independent samples t-test and Tukey tests at p=0.05. All pre-etched specimens showed significantly lower microleakage scores (p<0.05). The following statistical ranking was oberved with reagard to sealing performance (p=0.05): Phosphoric acid etching + Single Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant= Phosphoric acid etching + All Bond Universal + Clinpro Sealant= Single Bond Universal- Self-Etch + Clinpro Sealant< Phosphoric acid etching + Clearfil Universal Bond= All Bond Universal- Self Etch + Clinpro Sealant= Clearfil Universal Bond- Self Etch + Clinpro Sealant< Phosphoric acid etching + Beauti Sealant Primer + Beauti Sealant= Phosphoric acid etching only + Clinpro Sealant= Beauti Sealant Primer- Self Etch + Beauti Sealant.
