Abstract

TOPLAM VERİMLİ BAKIM'IN ÜRETİM YÖNETİMİNE KATKILARI VE BİR UYGULAMA Aynur BAYRAM Anahtar Kelimeler: Toplam Verimli Bakım, TVB Özet: Bu çalışmada, işletmelerde üretim performansım yükseltme felsefesine ağırlık verilmiş, altı büyük kaybı iyileştirmek ve `sıfır` hedefine ulaşabilmek için bakım departmanının yanısıra üretim departmanının da yapabilecekleri olduğu görülerek bunlar vurgulanmak istenmiştir. Bu yöntemin uygulanmasında, şirket üst yönetiminin tam desteği ve tüm çalışanların katılımı çok önemlidir. TVB mutlak değerleri hedeflemekte olup; alışılmış tutum ve davranış biçiminin terk edilerek uzmanlaşmaya yönelik bir davranış tarzının benimsenmesine ve bakım ve üretim personelinin beceri düzeylerini yükseltmek için tasarlanmış eğitim sistemlerinin oluşturulmasına ihtiyaç göstermektedir. Bunlara ilaveten, ekipman veriminin en uygun düzeye çıkarılmasına ve bir kullanıcı bakım sisteminin oluşturulmasına yönelik olarak atılacak her bir adım için gerekli işlemler tarif edilmektedir. Buna ek olarak, teorik anlatılan bu bilgiler, KORDSA Kord Bezi Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş.'deki uygulamalar ile desteklenmiştir.

SUPPORT OF PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT BY TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE AND AN APPLICATION Aynur BAYRAM Keywords: Total Productive Maintenance, TPM Abstract: In this study, by considering improving philosophy of production performance, to improve six big loses and reaching to zero defect target, production departments were taken into account together with maintenance department. During the application of this method, the participation of top management and all other personnel are very important. TPM requires the cooperation and involvement of all levels of the company, the breaking down of traditional attitudes toward specialization, and the establishment of educational systems designed to upgrade skill levels of maintenance and production personnel. It provides an excellent overview of the philosophy of TPM, and describes activities for each step toward optimizing equipment efficiency and establishing and autonomous maintenance system. Finally, this study expressed above has also been supported by Kordsa application.
