Varoluşçu felsefede ölüm kavramı

Abstract

Felsefe Tarihinde ölüm kavramı, her dönem üzerinde düşünülen ve her dönem ayrı nitelikler yüklenen kavramlardan biri olmuştur. Özellikle 20. Yüzyıl içinde yaşadığı tarihsel gerçeklikler bakımından ölümü daha kapsamlı felsefi bir problem olarak ele almıştır. Varoluşçuluk, insanın evrendeki konumunu, varoluşun niteliklerini ve bireyin tüm yaşamsal gerçekliğini inceleme konusu yapmıştır. Ölüm, bu varoluşsal gerçekliğin içindeki en önemli kavramlardan biridir. Bu çalışmada Varoluşçu Felsefede ölüm kavramı incelenirken, 20. Yüzyıl öncesinde felsefe tarihinde ölüm kavramı da ele alınmıştır. Ölüm kavramına bütünsel ve ayrıntılı bakış açısı sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Varoluşçu filozoflardan Kierkegaard, Heidegger, Sartre ve Camus felsefesinde ölümün yeri eserleri üzerinden incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, bu varoluşçu filozofların ölüm kavramı üzerine düşünceleri karşılaştırılarak analiz edilmiş ve değerlendirme yapılmıştır.Anahtar Kelime: Varoluşçuluk, Ölüm Kavramı, Felsefe Tarihi, Kierkegaard, Heidegger, Sartre, Camus

Death has always been considered as one of the concepts to be thought and credited qualities during all periods of the history of philosophy. Particularly, within the twentieth century, the concept of death because of experiencing the historical facts has tackled death as a problem. Existentialism has made the humanbeings' positionand status in the cosmos as well as the qualities of the existence, and individuals' all life facts as subjects to investigate death, one of the major concepts of existentialism. In this study, while elucidating the concept of death in the existentialistic philosophy, the concept of death in the history of philosophy before the twentieth century is being taken into consideration. The concept of death has also been endeavored to be assigned holistic and detailed perspectives. In existentialistic philosophers' philosophy such as Kierkegaard, Heidegger, Sartre and Camus. The significance of the death has been investigated.
