Spor Genel Müdürlüğü`ne bağlı sporcu eğitim merkezlerinde yürütülen yönetsel uygulamaların merkez müdürleri ve antrenörleri açısından değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, spor eğitimi sisteminde ihtiyaçları karşılayacak nitelikte ve kaliteli çıktıların elde edilmesi doğrultusunda, sporcu öğrencilerin zihinsel, fiziksel, ruhsal ve bilişsel eğitimlerinin desteklemeyi ve geliştirmeyi hedef alan sporcu eğitim merkezleri incelenmiştir. Sporcu eğitim merkezlerinin amaçları doğrultusunda yönetsel uygulamaların merkez müdürleri ve antrenörleri tarafından değerlendirilmesi sağlanarak, merkezlerin amaçlarını daha etkin ve verimli şekilde başarabilecekleri bir ortamın yaratılması için mevcut uygulamalarının spor yönetimi açısından ele alınarak bilimsel yaklaşımlara dayalı öneriler sunmaktır.Bu kapsamda, 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında hizmet veren toplam 36 sporcu eğitim merkezinde görev yapan merkez müdürü ve 142 antrenör ile anket yöntemi kullanılarak çalışılmıştır. Uygulanan anket, Spor Genel Müdürlüğü, Spor Eğitimi Dairesi Başkanlığı tarafından sporcu eğitim merkezlerine uygulanan denetim ve değerlendirme formlarından esinlenerek oluşturulmuştur. 38 maddeden oluşan bu anketin geçerlilik ve güvenirliliği belirlenmesi, 33 ilde bulunan sporcu eğitim merkezi müdürleri ve bu merkezlerde görev yapan antrenöre uygulanarak belirlenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemler, parametrik ve parametrik olmayan değerlendirme yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.Elde ettiğimiz verilere göre anket sorularına verilen yanıtların yaş, unvan, cinsiyet, görev süresi gibi faktörlerden etkilendiği yönünde olmuştur. Mevcut sistemde yönetsel, mevzuat ve uygulama süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesinin yanı sıra eğitim programını ve sporcu performanslarını artırma yönünde düzenlemelerin yapılması sonucu elde edilmiştir.

In this research, athletic training centers aimed at supporting and improving the mental, physical, mental and cognitive training of athletes in the direction of achieving the qualities and quality outputs in the sports education system have been examined.It is aimed to provide the suggestions based on scientific approaches by considering sportsmen education centers from the perspective of sports management of their current practices in order to create an environment where centers can be managed more efficiently and efficiently by being evaluated by central managers and coaches of managerial applications in line with their aims.In this context we worked with total of 36 athletes the center manager and 142 coaches working in training centers. The questionnaire was inspired by the supervision and evaluation forms applied to sports center training centers by the General Directorate of Sports, Sports Education Department. The validity and reliability of this questionnaire, which consists of 38 items, was determined by applying the managers of athletic training centers in 33 provinces and coaches working in these centers.For data analysis descriptive statistical methods, parametric and nonparametric evaluation methods were used.According to the results responses to questionnaires were influenced by factors such as age, title, gender, and duration of duty. In the current system, improvements have been made in order to improve the managerial, legislative and implementation processes, as well as to improve the training program and athlete performances.
