Abstract

ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi Astrwolus cüregone FJSCH & MEY.' İN MORFOLOJİK VE SİTOLOJİK ÖZELLİKLERİ Selma Yaman Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Estitösü Biyoloji Anabilim Dalı 1993, Sayfa: 35 Yüksek Usan-- Tezi olarak hasırlanan bu araştırmada, i4$trâçf/t&£ar&ç&fm Fisch.& Mey. (Fabaceae)'nin morfolojik, anatomik, sitolojik ve palinolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Örnekler B7 Karesi Elazıo, Hanken^. Tilek Teoeet'nden toplanmıştır. Tur Türkiye'de Anadolu Diyagonalı'nın dokusunda yayılıp göstermektedir. Bitki halk arasında zehirli olarak bil inmektedir. Morfolojik özellikler taze materyalden makrosKûbık ve stero- mikroskobik gözlemler ile, anatomik özellikler ise %70'iık alkolde tesfrt edilmiş materyalden kesitler alınarak incelenmiştir. Sitolojik özellikler çimlendin! en tohumların kök uçlarındaki rnitoz böl ün menin incelenmesi ile tespit edilmiştir. Palinolojik Özellikler taze materyalden daimi P re pa rati a n nazı rl a ya ra k i ncel e n misti r. Türün Tür ki ye Fİ o rası ' nda ve rilen ta m mı na gö re bazı morfolojik farklılıklar gösterdiği saptanmıştır. (Fabaceae) have been investigated. The specimen? vere collected from Tilek Hill, Hankendi town-Elaznl, B7 square. The species shows distribution in the east of the Anatolian Diagonal in Turkey. The plant is known as being poisonous by the local people. Morphological characteristics have been investigated f^om tre?h material by mean? of macroscopic^! and stereoscopic microscopical observations, and a-atomica! characteristics have been investigated by fixing the material in the 70?? ethyl alcohol solution from which the sections were subsequently taken. Cytoloqieal characteristics have been established by studing the mitotic divisions at the root-tips of the germinated seeds. Pa' geological characteristic? have been investigated from fresh material by preparing, permanent slides of pollen grains. Some differences have been determined from its description given in the Flora of Turkey for the specie? These differences, along with the newly es'ablisheo morphological, anatomic:', cytoloçical and palynologlcal characteristics in the present research work have been qiven m detail.
