Abstract

(ORTHOPTERA : ACRIDIDAE) YE ÜEDALEUS DECÜRUS (GERMAR) (ORTHOPTERA : ACRIDIDAE)'UN KAN HÜCRELERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI Serpil KÜRKLÜ Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilinilen Enstitüsü Biyoloji Anabilim Dalı 1994, Sayfa: 32 Bu çalışmada, Acrotylus insubricus ve dedelus decorus`un kan hücreleri karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler sonunda her iki türde de beş tip kan hücresi tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar; prohemosit, plazmatosit, granulosity sferûl hücre ve Önositoid'dir. Prohemosit, 5-10 mikrometre büyüklüğünde yuvarlak veya oval şekilde olan küçük kan hücreleridir. Plazmato3it, 15-45 mikrometre büyüklüğünde iğ, oval ve yuvarlak şekilde ve sitoplazmik uzantılara sahip olan hücrelerdir. Granulosity 10-20 mikrometre büyüklüğünde yuvarlak veya oval şekilde olan hücrelerdir. Esas karekteristik özellikleri hücre içerisinde çok sayıdaki granülleri kapsamasıdır. Sferül hücre, 15-20 mikrometre büyüklüğünde küre veya oval şekilde olan hücrelerdir. Önositoidler, 20-30 mikrometre boyunda yuvarlak ve sayıca en az olan hücrelerdir. l-ter i ki çekirge türü de hemolenf hacmi, homolenfin ihtiva ettiği hücre sayısı bakımından mevsimlere göre farklılık göstermektedir. (ORTHOPTERA : ACRIDIDAE) AMD OEDâLEUS DECOS&S (GERMAR) (ORTHOPTERA : ACRfDfDAE) Serpil KÜRKLÜ Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciencies Department of Biology 1 994, Page: 52 In this rzcezrch work, the blood cells of âer&tyits imti&ncm and ü&teteus decerns have been investigated comparatively. Five different types of blood cells have been found to be present in both species. These are prohaemocytes, plazmatocytes, granulocytes, spherula cells and oenocytoids. Prohaemocytes are small and round or oval -shaped blood cells with a diameter of 5-10 micrometers. The diameters of plazmatocytes also varied between 15-45 micrometers, and they appeared to have spindle, oval ar round shapes with cytoplasmic extensions. Granulocytes were round or oval -shaped cells with diameters varying between 1 0- 20 micrometers., Their characteristic feature was the presence of great number of granules within the cells. Spherules cells had diameters between 15-20 micrometers and they had spherical or oval-shapes. Oenocytoids were less in number as compared to otters with 20-30 micrometers and spherical shapes. Differences in regards to haemolymph volume and number of cells contained by haemolymph have been observed in the two 3pecies studied. KEY WORDS : Locust blood cells, haemolymph.
