Abstract
BAZI NÎTRONLARIN N-METIL VE N-FENİL MALEİMİDE 1,3- BIPOLAR HALKALI KATILMA REAKSİYONLARI Nuray ÖZKORU Anahtar kelimeler: Nitron, 1,3 -dipolar halkalı katılma, dipol, dipolarofıl, amin N- oksit, izoksazanol, infrared spektroskopisi (I.R.), kütle spektroskopisi, nükleer manyetik rezonans spektroskopisi (N.M.R). Özet: Bu çalışmada N-fenil hidroksilamin ve N-metil hidroksilaminden yola çıkılarak önce nitron bileşikleri elde edildi. Nitronlann N-metil maleimid ve N-fenil maleimid ile 1,3 dipolar halkalı katılma reaksiyonları sonucunda yeni bisikloizoksazolidin bileşikleri elde edildi. Abstract: In this work, as starting materials some nitrones were synthesized and these compounds were reacted by N-Methyl and N-Phenyl Maleimide via 1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition to yield corresponding title compounds :bicycloisoxazolidines.The products have appeared as a single stereoisomers, therefore, it can be interpreted that the cycloaddition of nitrones used to maleimides is a regio-selective reaction. The new bicycloisoxazolidines under investigation were purified by chromatography and crytallization.The structure eludication of the products was established by means of IR, NMR, MASS Spectroscopy. w.
