İçten yanmalı motorlarda motor performansını iyileştirecek bir egsoz sisteminin tasarımı

Abstract

ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi İÇTEN YANMALI MOTORLARDA MOTOR PERFORMANSINI İYİLEŞTİRECEK BİR EGZOS SİSTEMİNİN TASARIMI Hüseyin GÜNDÜZ Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Mak'ina mühendisliği Ana Bilim Dalı i flı n- : Su çalışmada, içten yanmalı motorlarda egzos sisteminin kuramsal analizi yapılarak motor verimine olan etkileri ile egzos sisteminin çevresel etkilen araştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada egzos gazının bir kanal içinde akışı analiz edilerek basınç, sıcaklık ve hız gibi parametrelere bağlı olarak egzos sisteminin dizayn şartları araştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonunda uygun bir motorm performansı için egzos boru boyu ve boru çapı matematiksel metodlarla hesaplanmıştır. Deneysel olarak farklı egzos sistemleri ile motor performansı tesbit edilmiştir. Deney sonuçlarının kuramsal sonuçlarla mukayesesi yapılmıştır.

The analysis of exhaust gases flowing in the channel was considered, the design conditions of the exhaust depending on parameters such as pressure, temperature and velocity were investigated. Using this results for convenient engine performance the longth and diameter of the exhaust pipe by mathematical method was calculated. Experimentally different exhaust systems and engine performances were found and results obtained experimentally were compared with theoretical results.
