İşletmelerde bilgi paylaşımı, inovasyon ve firma performansı ilişkisi: Gaziantep ilinde bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışma, işletmelerdeki açık ve örtülü bilgi paylaşımı ve inovasyonun firma performansıyla olan ilişkisini araştırmak amacı taşımaktadır. Çalışmanın kapsamını Gaziantep ilinin en büyük firmaları ve Gaziantep Sanayi Odası tarafından inovasyon ödülleri alan firmalar oluşturmaktadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: İnovasyon, Bilgi Paylaşımı, Örtülü Bilgi, Açık Bilgi, İşletme Performansı.

This study which has been prepared to assess the relation between explicit and implicit information sharing at businesses with innovation and the performance of the firm consists of two parts as theory and application. In the application period of the study, data was documented by surveying the biggest firms in Gaziantep and the firms that have been rewarded by the chamber of trade of Gaziantep.Key words: Innovation, Information Sharing, Implicit Information, Explicit Information, Business Performance.
