Bilgi işlem çalışanlarının iş tatminine etki eden faktörler

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı bilgi işlem departmanında çalışan personelin iş tatmin düzeyine etki eden faktörleri belirlemektir. Çalışmaya Türkiye'nin farklı şehirlerinde hizmet veren 455 bilgi işlem çalışanı katılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, faktör analizi, regresyon ve tek yönlü ANOVA yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, iş tatminini ait olma duygusu, kabul duygusu, görevleri yerine getirme, iş özerkliği, rol netliği, rol çatışması, otonomi, ödül adaleti, iş tükenmişliği etkilerken, cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim düzeyi, maaş, çalışılan sektör ve tecrübenin bilgi işlem çalışanlarının iş tatminini etkilemediği tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Bilgi İşlem, İş Tatmini, BT Çalışanları

The purpose of this study is to determine factors affecting the job satisfaction levels of Information Technology (IT) workers. 455 IT workers from different cities of Turkey participated in the study. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis, regression analysis and one-way ANOVA. As a result of analyses, it was found that sense of belonging, acceptance, job fulfillment, job autonomy, role clarity, role conflict, autonomy, fairness of rewards and job exhaustion are factors related to job satisfaction. On the other hand, demographic variables of gender, age, education level, salary, experience and industry type are not related to the job satisfaction of IT workers.Keywords: Information Technology (IT), Job Satisfaction, IT Workers
