Azerbaycan`daki hastanelerde tedarikçi seçimine etki eden faktörler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; ilk olarak tedarik zinciri yönetimi ile ilgili literatür taranarak çalışmanın teorik alt yapısı oluşturulmuştur. Sonraki aşamada ise, tedarikçi seçimine etki eden faktörlerin güven ve müşteri memnuniyeti üzerindeki etkisini araştırmak için Azerbaycan'daki faaliyette bulunan 119 hastanede 129 kişi üzerinde yapılmış anketten elde edilen veriler analize sokulmuştur. Yapılan analizin sonucunda tedarikçiye güveni ve müşteri memnuniyetini etkileyen en önemli değişken olarak marka bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi, Tedarikçiye Güven, Müşteri Memnuniyeti, Azerbaycan'daki hastaneler.

In this study; first of all, theoretical structure of the study related literature has been created with the supply chain management. In the next stage, the data of 129 people obtained from 119 hospitals which operates in Azerbaijan in the survey to investigate the impact on customer satisfaction and trust of the factors affecting the choice of supplier was introduced in the analysis. In the results of the analysis shows that brand is the most important variable of affecting trust of supplier and customer satisfaction.Key words: Supplier Chain Management, Supplier Choice, Trust in Supplier, Customer Satisfaction, The Hospitals in Azerbaijan
