Abstract
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, dönüşümcü liderlik boyutlarının çalışanların psikolojik güçlendirmesi üzerindeki etkisini saptamaktır. Bu bağlamda nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket kullanılmıştır. Anket verileri Türkiye/Gaziantep'te faaliyette bulunan yardım amaçlı kurulan sivil toplum kuruluşlarından elde edilmiştir. 303 adet anket analize tabi tutulmuştur. İstatistiksel Analiz sonucunda, transformasyonel liderlik boyutlarının her birinin personellerin güçlenmesine olumlu etki yaptığı saptanmıştır.Araştırma Kelimeleri : Psikolojik Güçlendirme, Transformasyonel liderlik The aim of this study is to examine the impact of transformational leadership dimensions on the psychological empowerment of employees and to answer the main question of the research: What is the impact of transformational leadership on the psychological empowerment of employees. A quantitative method was used. Data was collected via electronic scanning tools using Survey Monkey platform, which makes it easy to carry out the questionnaire quickly and easily. The data was collected from employees who are working in non-governmental organizations in the city of Gaziantep. Then the statistical analysis was done, such as factor analysis, Cronbach Alpha test, Pearson test, and multiple linear regression. As a result of the statistical analysis, it was found that the dimensions of the transformational leadership have a positive impact on the empowerment of employees, especially the dimension of individual consideration, which had the greatest impact.Keywords: Ideal Effect, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Individualized Consideration, Psychological Empowerment.
