Bu anomalilerin 35 'i erkeklerde (%70.0) 15' i kızlarda (%30.0) bulunmuştur. Erkeklerin 18' i Polydactyly (%51.5), 14'ü syndactyly (%28.0), 3'ü polysyndactyly'dir (%8.5) Kızların 10'u Polydactyly (%66.7),5'i Syndactyly (%33.3) idi.
T In order to evaluate the anatomical characteristics Polydactyly and Syndactyly, 7000 students who were chosen from the secondary and highschools in Gaziantep city center by changehave been searched. Moreover, the archieves of some hospitaly in the city center have been searched. Anatomical, Radiological characteristics and etiologies of these cases have also been searched. 28 Polydactyly (%56.0), 19 Syndactyly (%38.0), 3 Polysyndactyly (%6.0) have been determined. 35 of the anomalies (%70.0) have been found in boys and 15 have been found (%30.0) in girls. 18(%51.5) of the boys is Polydactyly, 14 (%28.0) of them Syndactyly, 3 (%8.5)of them is polysyndactyly. 10 (%66.7) of the girls is Polydactyly, 5 (%33.3) of them is Syndactyly. Polysyndactyly has not been found in girls. Besides Polydactyly and syndactyly, some other anomalies have been found in these cases. Bardet-Biedle Syndrome has been determined on three of the cases. When the etiology of the anomalies was examined it has been found that the otosomal recessive inheritance was the most efficient factor. The otosomal dominant inheritance peculiarity has also been encountered. Some deformations which we could not find in literature has been seen on hands and feet. nen_US
