Üretim bilgi sistemi ve bir tekstil işletmesinde geliştirilmiş uygulamanın incelenmesi

Abstract

Günümüzün rekabetçi ortamında işletmelerin bilgiye ulaşma hızı ve veriyi bilgiye dönüştürme hızı rekabetin temel unsurunu oluşturmaktadır. Bilgi sistemleri bunu sağlamak üzere tasarlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Sarar Giyim Tekstil Sanayi A.Ş'de geliştirilmiş üretim bilgi sistemi uygulamasının incelenmesi ve mevcut durum analizinin yapılmasıdır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde bilgi, sistem ve bilgi sistemleri kavramları verilmiş ve bu kavramların işletme ile olan ilişkisi değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde bilgi sistemlerinin teknolojik alt yapısı, karar yapıları açısından ve fonksiyonel olarak bilgi sistemleri türleri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde operasyonel, taktiksel ve stratejik düzey üretim bilgi sistemleri incelenmiş ve son bölümde de uygulama incelenerek sistemin hangi düzey üretim bilgi sistemi olduğu, zayıf yönleri ve sebeplerine yer verilmiştir. Bilgi toplama aracı olarak sistem kullanıcıları ve uygulama geliştiriciler ile görüşülerek gözlem yapılmıştır.

In first section of study, information, system and information system concepts has been discussed and relations with business has been given, in second part of this study is technological, decision structural level and functional basis of information systems has been discussed, in the third section, operational, tactical and strategically production information systems has been given, in the fourth section of the study is application of production information system inspection has been given. While data collection, had interview with system's user and developers. System evaluated and system's weak points and its reasons have been given.
