Eskişehir eğitim tarihi (1876-2004)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Eskişehir'in eğitim tarihini bir başlık altında, bilimselmetotlar ışığında incelemektir. Eskişehir'i inceleyen ve anlatan eserler içinde kısmenele alınan eğitim, kronolojiden yoksun olduğu ve bir bütünlük taşımadığısöylenebilir. Ayrıca, çalışma ile Eskişehir Eğitim Tarihi ile ilgili eksiklikleringiderilmesi ve bundan sonraki çalışmalara katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmıştır. Tezdeizlenen yöntem başta arşiv belgeleri olmak üzere birinci elden kaynakların tespitedilerek incelenmesi, diğer kaynak eserlerin taranarak konuların kronolojik sıraiçerisinde ele alınmaya çalışılmasıdır. Eskişehir Eğitim Tarihi araştırılırken, konu ileilgili eksiklerin giderilmesi için; Osmanlı Devleti'nin kuruluşundan 2004 yılına kadareğitimde meydana gelen değişimler Türk Eğitim Tarihi ışığında incelenmeyeçalışılmıştır. Eskişehir'de Eğitim'in XIX. Yüzyılda ivme kazandığı görülmüştür.Bağdat-Berlin Demiryolu Projesi, Balkanlar ve Kırım'dan gelen göçlerin artması gibiçeşitli sosyal etkenler, Eskişehir'de bir hareketliliğe yol açmıştır. Bu hareketlilik,Meşrutiyet Dönemi'nde eğitimdeki gelişmelerle birleşerek Eskişehir'de yeni eğitimkurumlarının açılmasını sağlamıştır. Eskişehir'de yaşayan Gayrimüslim topluluklartarafından açılan okullar, Osmanlı'daki tabiriyle ?cemaat okulları?nın ve çeşitlisebeplerden dolayı Eskişehir'e gelip yerleşen yabancıların açtıkları okullarıneğitimin canlılık kazanmasında önemli birer etken olduğu gözlenmiştir.

The aim of this study was to observe the education history of Eskisehir withthe scientifical methotds. It was said that the works which examined and narratedEskisehir didn?t contain chronological order and weren?t unity. Also with this study,it was aimed to remove the absencies about the education history of Eskişehir and tocontribute next studies. The method that was followed in this thesis was first to findthe archives documents and to observe them and then to scan than with theirchronological order. During the rescuers about the education history of Eskisehirwith the aim of removing deficiencies, the changes in education from OttomanEmpires establishment to present day was observed. It was seen that education wasaccelerated in XIX. Century in Eskisehir. Such social factors as the project ofBaghdad and Berlin, the Balkan and Kırım immigration made some dynamism inEskisehir. This dynamism combined with the education system in ConstitutionalMonarchy caused to open some new education foundations. And also with was seenthat the schools that were opened by non-Moslems, which were said communityschools in Ottoman Empire and some others schools which were opened by someother foreigners liven up education of Eskisehir.
