Kuduri şerhi el-Lübâb fî Şerhi`l-Kitâb`ın kaynakları ve metodu

Abstract

Çalışmamızda, Hanefi mezhebinde muhtasarları inceledik. Sonra el-Kudûrî ve Meydânî'nin hayatlarını ve eserlerini inceledik. Sonra konunun asıl önemli noktası olan el-Lübâb'ın kaynakları ve yazarlarını inceledik. Toplam eser olarak müellifin şerhinde 140 eser zikrettiğini ulamış bulunmaktayız. Bu şerhte müellif temele dört kitap almıştır. Bu kitaplar, ed-Dürrü'l-Muhtâr, el-Cevheretü'n-Neyyira, el-Hidâye ve et-Tercih ve't-Tashîh'dir. Bunların istatistik verilerini verdik. Son olarak da el-Kudûrî'nin ve el-Lübâb'ın metodunu inceledik ve elde ettiğimiz sonuçları zikrettik.

Abdulghani al-Ghunaimi al-Maydani, one the most prominent figures in the field of Islamic law in the 19th Century, is a scholar who has made a name in this field by writing his commentary `al-Lubab fi sharh al-Kitab` on al-Quduri‟s al-Mukhtasar. al-Lubab is a commentary which is has all the features of commentaries of the classical fiqh period and has been a major textbook since the day it was written.Our research consists of four chapters. In the first chapter we did an evaluation of the Hanafi short textbooks (mukhtasar‟s). In the second chapter we gave a synopsis of Quduri‟s and Maydani‟s lives. In the third chapter, the sources of al-Lubab has been listed in detail and in the fourth section we examined the method Quduri and Maydani followed in their works.
